 The easiest way to apply for Original Medicare is via the Social Security website.  There is a quick Medicare application that should take you no longer than 10 minutes. Just visit here. 


 Medicare Advantage and Supplement Plans are offered through private insurance companies. Our friendly agents can help you to find a program that meets your needs and budget. Remember, there is no cost to use our service.  Simply call 918-346-5883 to speak with a licensed agent. 


 Yes you can, but you’ll need to go to a local Social Security office to apply in person. If you’d like to apply for an Advantage or Supplement Plan in person, simply contact our office and request an appointment. Please note, you’ll need to apply for Original Medicare before you can enroll in an Advantage or Supplement Plan. 


 Absolutely! Contact our office at 918-346-5883 and one of our licensed agents will be happy to walk you through the enrollment process. 


 You have a 7-month window to apply for Original Medicare: during the 3 months prior to your 65th birthday month, the month of your birthday, and the 3 months after your 65th birthday. 


 

You missed your 7-month window for enrolling in Medicare, your next opportunity to enroll in Part A and Part B will be during the General Enrollment Period, January 1-March 31. Coverage will then become effective on the first of the month following your enrollment date. For instance, if you enroll on February 10, your coverage will go into effect on March 1st.


 

Yes! If you do not enroll in Part B coverage during your Initial Enrollment Period, you could be subject to premium penalties for as long as you have Medicare coverage.


 

You’ll typically receive your Medicare card approximately 3 weeks after you apply.
